A milestone in the long history of ViDOFON: Since August 27th 2007 the company trades as stock corporation under German law. The new "ViDOFON AG" emerged from the ViDOFON GmbH, a limited corporation, and now subscribes a capital stock of 1,65 Million Euros. "The change of corporate forms expresses the persistent growth of the past", explains Member of the Board Jörg Weisflog in an interview. "We want to resume this development in the years to come." Members of the Board are the founders of ViDOFON the engineer Jörg Weisflog and the physician Akaki Togonidze. There are no plans of going public at stake in the near future."
