Subsequent to intensive ascertaining of the requirements and the definition of goals, ViDOFON AG developed a conception for the implementation of Videoconferencing facilities at Deutsche Post Global Mail in the "Bonn Posttower". The systems are deployed mainly to hold meetings and to share PC documents in real time with locations within Germany and globally. Due to the conception and the speed ViDOFON AG finally was able to gain acceptance of bid.
