ViDOFON would like to support you directly at your workplace if you have problems and difficulties. In the following you find our remote access software which enables our engineers to connect in an uncomplicated way with your PC. Thus we can show and conduct you confuguration steps, settings and administrative processes directly on your PC.

The use of the software requires no installation, no adaption of your firewalls and of course it is for free for ViDOFON customers. The communication is secure encoded and built up only on your demand.

If you like to use our remote support, please download the actual version of our quicksupport here. Please start the quicksupport program then and communicate us the 8-figure connection ID and the password as well. If you have further questions to the use of the quicksupport module do not hesitate to contact us.
