Videoconferencing in all-around application: Events for employees, press conferences and cultural events
Gerling, SWR and Cervantes-Gesellschaft communicate with ViDOFON
Videoconferencing will not only be employed for company meetings as a straightforward communication medium. At events for employees in larger companies, at press conferences and cultural events also, videocommunication offers new possibilities, as actual examples of the Gerling company, the SWR and the Bremer Cervantes-Gesellschaft show.
The videoconferences were technical put into practice by ViDOFON, the company with head office in Hamburg and operations in all Europe of video-, audio- and dataconferencsolutions of the leading producers.
On April 5th: 1. FC Köln at 1.000 Gerling employees
The Gerling company in Cologne, one of the largest insurance companies of Germany, focuses on video conferencing systems with their internal communication.
On April 5th Lukas Podolski and co. will face up to the questions of the staff of their main sponsor at a promotion event in Cologne. Appr. 1.000 employees applied for this event, so that the event is transmitted via video conference into three halls simultaniously. But not only watching is possible, even questions can be adressed to the football players directly by means of the videoconferencing systems in every hall.
